Vishnu High School encourages student leadership through a well-organized Student Council and Student Cabinet system. This platform provides students with opportunities to develop leadership qualities, responsibility, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
Student Cabinet Election
The Student Cabinet Election is conducted in a democratic and transparent manner. Students nominate candidates for various positions such as Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, Vice-Captains, and Prefects. The election process allows students to experience democratic values, fair campaigning, and responsible voting.
Elected members take an oath to uphold the school’s values, discipline, and code of conduct.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Student Council
- Assist school authorities in maintaining discipline and decorum
- Represent the student body and communicate student concerns
- Help organize and manage school events, assemblies, and activities
- Promote leadership, teamwork, and positive school culture
- Act as role models by demonstrating integrity, responsibility, and respect
